Refund Policy

Refund Policy Before Domain Transfer

We may facilitate our members to transfer three types of domains:

a) Not listed at DomainingCrew
b) Exclusive by DomainingCrew
c) Listed by a member at DomainingCrew

Not listed at DomainingCrew

On receipt of an offer we may try to approach (if and when available) the owner of domain for which offer is made.

Offer will be forwarded to domain owner and we will get back to buyer with the sellers/owners feedback whether he/she is interested in selling and insterested in your offer.

If owner of the domain accepts the offer, we will ask the buyer to make payment to our any of available merchant account agreed by both parties.

When payment is confirmed in our account, we may send a confirmation to seller asking to transfer the domain to our given registrar.

When domain is successfully transferred, payment is transferred to seller and domain is transferred to buyer’s given registrar details.

We may charge 10% transaction fee to seller for this type of brokerage. Once domain transfer is completed any claims of refund will not be entertained from buyer. If the buyer decides not to proceed with the domain transfer after making payment, 10% transaction fee will be deducted on all such refunds.
